Yoga is the practice of poses and breathing to create balance and alignment while also developing strength and flexibility.
Mindful Yoga - Yoga comes in various forms and with different intentions. Our new Mindful Yoga classes are open to everyone with the hope of using yoga poses in a meditative way to increase levels of body awareness and inner peace. These classes, taught by Melissa Morrill, welcomes new mothers with pre-walking babies but is also open to anyone interested in adding yoga into their life. Walk-in's welcome!

Our class passes are no hassle - we track them and you have up to 6 months to use them.
QiGong
QiGong is a self healing art involving movement and meditation. The breathing and movement help the "Chi" energy flow through the body which aids the body in it's self-healing process. Check calendar for next class series.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi creates balance, flexibility and strength in your body. By learning these slow, meditative movements you balance mind, body and spirit. We are currently gathering interest for Tai Chi, so call the store to sign up on our interest list.
