Our class passes are no hassle - we track them and you have up to 6 months to use them.
Yoga Classes Yoga is the practice of poses and breathing to create balance and alignment while also developing strength and flexibility.
Meditation in Motion - With Keeley MancusoHealing meditation and energy movement with gentle stretching and modified yoga poses done in a chair or standing.  Regenerative healing class.
Somatic Yoga  With Karen Ghan. Gentle somatic yoga, an experience of mindful movement, conscious breathing, a practice of compassionate awareness.  Our busy lives take so much time and energy moving us away from our ability to be present in the moment. Join Karen in a one hour space for release and renewal.  Bring your body, your yoga mat, and your open heart.
Yoga Blend - Yoga comes in various forms and with different intentions. Our new Yoga Blend is open to everyone with the hope of using yoga poses, tai chi, & stretching to increase levels of body awareness and inner peace. These classes welcome to all fitness levels.
